The Neurodegenerative Diseases Research Group at the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (Barcelona) was created in January 2006 with the support of the Catalan Institution for Research and Advanced Studies (ICREA) and the European Commission’s Marie Curie Excellence Grants Program. The group is part of the Spanish Network of Excellence on Neurodegenerative Diseases (CIBERNED).
